Specialized master in healthcare management

EXECUTIVE SPECIALISED MASTER IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT - HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT / ESCP EUROPE, Paris

Goals:

The programme aims at educating practitioners and executives in their mission as strategic decision-makers, and as communicating managers in public or private sanitary organizations. It enhances the sharing of best practices in companies and healthcare institutions, and contributes to answer practitioners' actual preoccupations. Lastly, the Executive Master aims at developing the growth of competencies and hindsight through experience sharing between people working in the health sector and coming from varied activity areas.

For which positions ?

- Professionals working in health institutes, either public or private, sanitary or medico-social : practitioners, pharmacists, chief executives, executives,…

- Other players in health-related fields: institutional people, industrials, service providers and suppliers of health institutes…

- Professionals of whatever nationality, speaking fluently French

Teaching:

- 13 complementary units of 2 to 3 days

- A study seminary abroad

- Individual and collective projects to build up through academic and professional follow-up

- A seminar of research methodology applied to professional dissertations

- Involvement in professional meetings

Essential teaching units : Strategic management - Quality and risk management - Performance management of institutes and poles - Strategy of cooperation - Economical and financial management of health institutes - Human Resources Management and social dialogue - Purchases and supply chain management - Change management - Crisis management and communication - Asserting one's leadership - Preventing and dealing with conflicts in teamwork.
