ABSTRACT

"In a context of adaptation and modernization of health institutions (governance, prospective payment system, evaluation of professional practice, regionalization of health care...), the readability of these developments, and especially their consequences on the main actors, is crucial. From a an exploratory investigation conducted in three public hospitals in southern France, this contribution intends to show how the link between jobs prospective and human resources planning can bring in a new hospital HRM focused on skills and knowledge management."
